Mondays

Beginner* and intermediate students are welcome in this class that brings you a taste of different pole styles!

Each class you will be guided through short sequences of floorwork, spin pole, base tricks, and aerial tricks.

For Pole, you will want to wear bottoms that expose the back of your knees. You can wear whatever kind of top you are comfortable in. Layers are always a good idea! Kneepads and socks are encouraged.

*Students with zero pole experience should take a beginner specific class before attending this one.

Corde Lisse

Beginner Dance Trapeze

1 hr$35

This class is a blend of aerial movement and dance. You'll build strength, flexibility, and flow as you learn poses, transitions, and choreography on a low-hanging trapeze. Open to all levels, this class emphasizes creativity, musicality, and movement exploration.

What to wear:
For aerial classes, you will be most comfortable in pants that cover the back of your knees and a shirt that covers your armpits and sides.

Thursdays

Fabrics & Rope

1 hr$35

Wrap, pose, and flow on your choice of aerial sling, silks, or rope (corde lisse). This class is designed for all levels. Beginners welcome!

WARNING: There is a goblin that runs around the room during this class, so if you are have an adverse reaction to two year olds, this class is not for you.

Hello, and welcome to my circus! I'm Bobbi, and I have been teaching pole and aerial for 14 years. I have trained from Vegas to Maui and back to Chicago again and would love to share my knowledge with you!
